Last year the Cape Law Society’s Wills, Estates and Trusts Committee opened a help desk at the Cape Town Master’s Office to assist members of the public in reporting deceased estates. The committee operates every Tuesday morning from 9am to 1pm.
The committee’s services (which qualify for pro bono hours) have proved to be a success with both the Master’s Office staff and the general public. Pictured to the left are volunteer attorneys and candidate attorneys with Master’s Office staff.
