The deadline to register for the second intake for the Unisa/Legal Education and Development (LEAD) Business Rescue course starting in July is 29 June 2012.
The registration deadline for the second and final practice management training course by LEAD for 2012 is 15 June.
Practitioners who were issued their first Fidelity Fund certificate in 2011 or earlier this year are reminded that they need to comply with the mandatory practice management training requirements in terms of the Judicial Matters Second Amendment Act 55 of 2003 in order to receive subsequent certificates.
