The Law Society of South Africa (LSSA) requests the assistance of legal practitioners to draft new and/or update existing guidelines currently in its ‘Resources for attorneys’ section under the ‘Legal practitioners’ tab on its website (www.LSSA.org.za), on a voluntary basis. Should you be keen to assist us with this task, or should you wish to suggest a guideline that would be useful to practitioners in any specific field of practice, e-mail us at LSSA@LSSA.org.za.
Although the LSSA is not in a position to remunerate authors for guidelines, the author and their firm will be acknowledged in the guideline.
