The National Efficiency Enhancement Committee (NEEC) was formed in 2012 with the aim of prioritising and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the justice system. Chaired by the Chief Justice, the Committee includes the senior leadership of key stakeholders, including the judiciary, the organised legal profession, the National Prosecuting Authority and several government departments.
