Cox Yeats in Durban has appointed Thanusha Moodley as a Partner, in the Labour Department. She specialises in developing strategy on long term business sustainability, corporate governance and ethics, business restructuring, due diligence in respect of mergers and acquisitions, forensic investigations, drafting and negotiating contracts, transfers in terms of s 197 of the Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995 and, more particularly, collective bargaining, strike negotiation, unfair discrimination, unfair dismissals and unfair labour practice disputes.
