He specialises in construction and engineering law, insurance law, banking litigation, sports law and general commercial litigation. Phillip Cronje has been appointed as an associate and assists Mr Pritchard. Emili Souris has been appointed as a partner. She specialises in property and real estate. Charles van Staden has been appointed as a Consultant. He specialises in exchange control from within the commercial and legal fields. Gareth Cremen has been appointed as a partner. He heads the business restructuring and insolvency team in Johannesburg. He specialises in the fields of debt recovery, business restructuring, business rescue, insolvency and banking litigation. Bridget Letsholo has been appointed as a senior associate. She specialises in restructuring, insolvency and business rescue. Magreet Henning has been appointed as an associate.
