SADC-LA and the SADC-PF , kindly invites you to register to attend a consultative discussion on the Draft Model Law on Public Financial Management (PFM) which is scheduled for 17th of March 2022 at 10:00 CAT. The overarching objective is to ensure that national parliaments are enabled to conduct their legislative budgetary and oversight functions for PFM to be transparent, efficient and responsive to the needs of SADC citizens. Please find attached, concept note, programme, registration link and the draft model law on PFM. Attendees are expected to read through the model law as the meeting will be an interactive discussion. |
