A delegation of Ugandan members of parliament visited the Law Society of South Africa’s (LSSA) Legal Education and Development division (LEAD) in July on a study visit to South Africa. The delegation, comprising members of the Ugandan Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Committee, was visiting various African jurisdictions to investigate training of legal practitioners and how to improve the quality of practitioners entering practice in Uganda.
